This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with theformat in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a writtensolicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825RB0000001 is issued as a Request forProposal (RFP) using the procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 15. The solicitationdocument and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal AcquisitionCircular (FAC) 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025.The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The smallbusiness size standard is $40M in average annual receipts. This is being solicited on a sole sourcebasis. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall beconsidered by the agency.The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NCintends to negotiate and award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract to RockwellCollins, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, IA on an other than full and open competition basis under theauthority of FAR 6.302-1 for the Performance-Based Logistics services for the ALC. The serviceswill be procured via issuance of individually funded Task/Delivery Orders.
