For an accessible version of solicitation documents published on this page, please submit a request at http://bit.ly/dpac-ada or call (916) 654-2852.Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, supplies, equipment, travel, and incidentals to remove, repair, and as requested, replace pumps and other related equipment in pumping plants on a routine and non-routine basis at various locations in Caltrans District 3 within Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, and Yolo Counties.Bidder and Subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).Bidder and/or Subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Class A General Engineering Contractor license or C-42 Sanitation System Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). Bidder and/or Subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement a valid and current Confined Space Entry Certification, for each employee as required by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA).
