If the Prime Contractor hasa Class A General Engineering Contractor license, it may perform traffic control work. If PrimeContractor has a C13 Fencing Contractor license or a C32 Parking and HighwayImprovement Contractor license, it must also have a C31 Construction Zone Traffic ControlContractor license.
