The Memphis District USACE has a requirement Resource Investigations at various locations within the Mississippi River Basin, which includes the Memphis, Vicksburg, and New Orleans Districts and could potentially occur within the Rock Island, St. Louis, and St. Paul Districts in the Mississippi Valley Division. Investigations may take place on Federally owned projects or in areas, Federally, State or privately owned, that are under study for proposed Federal projects. It is the Governments intent to award three or more blanket purchase agreements in response to this solicitation.
