This requirement is for Hazardous Waste Disposal and Dangerous Goods Shipping. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services in accordance with the RFQ and attached PWS.
This requirement will be evaluated using the Best Value Trade-off Process.
